By enrolling in any PaviRami course or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Course Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Course access begins within 24 hours of enrollment confirmation via WhatsApp.

2. Course Content

All course content — including lessons, videos, code, and materials shared via WhatsApp — is the intellectual property of PaviRami and may not be reproduced, shared, or sold without our written permission.

3. Refund Policy

• Full refund available within 7 days of enrollment, no questions asked.
• After 7 days, no refunds are available.
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

4. Student Conduct

• Students must treat instructors and fellow students with respect in WhatsApp groups.
• Sharing course materials outside the enrolled group is prohibited.
• Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund.

5. Certificate

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of all lessons and the final project assessment. PaviRami reserves the right to withhold certificates in cases of academic dishonesty.

6. Limitation of Liability

PaviRami is not responsible for technical issues with WhatsApp or internet connectivity that may affect lesson delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or resend affected content.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
